Woodland Yoga for all the seasons
You are invited to come home to your nature and the nature around us. We will meet and cross the threshold into a beautiful private woodland in Bredwardine, celebrating and giving thanks to this place that holds us and the elements.
Earth beneath our feet,
Air on our skin and filling our lungs,
Fire in our bellies and in the power of the summer sun,
Water flowing within and around hydrating us.
I will guide you into the ancient art of Yoga; breathing practices, movement and meditation, finishing with a woodland herb tea ceremony.
Bridget has been teaching yoga for 24 years and loves bringing her passion for this ancient practice and nature together.
Wear comfortable warm layers, waterproofs and mud-proof shoes for movement outside. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra in the cosy Nemetona Roundhouse, please bring a mat and a blanket.
