I have found having four 1:1 sessions with Bridget extremely beneficial. The first sessions helped me find a lot of acceptance and peace regarding some childhood trauma that I was working through at the time. (Although we didn’t discuss the trauma, the movement practice had a profound impact) 
The last sessions were very helpful – both physically and emotionally in my recovery following a minor operation on my foot. 
I also found the sessions helpful for professional development, as I am children’s yoga teacher and children’s yoga therapist.
