Woodland Yoga for all the seasons
You are invited to come home to your nature and the nature around us. We will meet and cross the threshold into a beautiful private woodland in Bredwardine, celebrating and giving thanks to this place that holds us and the elements.
Earth beneath our feet,
Air on our skin and filling our lungs,
Fire in our bellies and in the power of the summer sun,
Water flowing within and around hydrating us.
I will guide you into the ancient art of Yoga; breathing practices, movement and meditation, finishing with a woodland herb tea ceremony.
Bridget has been teaching yoga for 23years and loves bringing her passion for this ancient practice and nature together.
Forget your mat, wear comfortable warm layers, waterproofs and mudproof shoes. Bring a waterproof thing to sit on (for example a black plastic bag and small cushion) and a mug.

Winter Solstice is the shortest day and longest night and the end of the darkest part of the year. Solstice means standstill and it’s an opportunity to stop and look backwards and inwards, reflecting on the seeds we have been incubating in the dark and forwards to a new active growth season and the sun’s increasing power.
Winter Solstice is a celebration of the rebirth of the sun and ourselves.
Please bring a percussion instrument
(drum, rattle, shakers, tambourine etc)
All are welcome
Bring your own spirituality.
