Woodland Yoga for all the seasons
You are invited to come home to your nature and the nature around us. We will meet and cross the threshold into a beautiful private woodland in Bredwardine, celebrating and giving thanks to this place that holds us and the elements.
Earth beneath our feet,
Air on our skin and filling our lungs,
Fire in our bellies and in the power of the summer sun,
Water flowing within and around hydrating us.
I will guide you into the ancient art of Yoga; breathing practices, movement and meditation, finishing with a woodland herb tea ceremony.
Bridget has been teaching yoga for 23years and loves bringing her passion for this ancient practice and nature together.
Forget your mat, wear comfortable warm layers, waterproofs and mudproof shoes. Bring a waterproof thing to sit on (for example a black plastic bag and small cushion) and a mug.
Booking is essential. All are welcome.

Autumn Equinox marks the time when day and night are equal, heralding the end of Summer and change, the sun’s power is waning and the days are shorter and colder after.

Go up Dorstone hill, on the top where it flattens and starts to descend, there is a gravel lane to the Right, between the fields. Drive down there and you will find the car park at the end
